Andy Neal's Stupid Hike for Stupid Mental Health

Outdoor advocate and mental health influencer Andy Neal (@andyfilmsandhikes) is leading us into the woods. If you follow Andy, you know he uses the outdoors as a tool to navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes "stupid" reality of mental health.

On Sunday, May 3, we’ll meet at White Rabbit Creator Clubhouse to carpool to one of Andy's favorite local landmarks for an hour long hike.
