This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Storytown mobile application ("App") available on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and app store requirements.

Storytown does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not require or support user accounts, and we do not collect:

5. Data Retention

We retain anonymous, aggregated usage data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, typically:

  • Crash reports and technical logs: Up to 90 days

After these periods, data is either deleted or permanently anonymized. Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to delete from our systems.
