The sixth weekend of The Elemental Journey Around the Sun explores the Earth element and Late Summer, focusing on harvest, digestion, integration, and nourishment. As summer transitions toward autumn, participants explore nourishment as relationship—how we digest experiences, tend our intellect, and cultivate balance. The weekend includes a special Breaking Bread Celebration honoring the harvest season. This immersive two-day workshop at La Medicina Farms covers the Earth element's role in balance and integration, digestive system support through an elemental lens, herbal support for gut health, and the relationship between food, medicine, and emotional grounding. The weekend can be attended as part of the full 9-month program or as a standalone intensive.
