William Blake Institute presents
Poeticon II is a one-day creative arts mash-up presented by the William Blake Institute with Phoenix Helio, spanning two Ashland venues on Friday, July 31. Building on the inaugural Poeticon held in April, the event brings together poets, musicians, and visual artists for an evening of readings, performance, and community.
The evening session lands at Beat Farm Co-op, 38 Lithia Way — doors open at 7:30 pm and the program runs from 8 pm until late. Sips and eats are provided by Ola Loa General Store. The open mic starts at 8 pm, followed by readings from featured poets Megan Lebov and Ian 'White Tiger' Stetson, music from 'Mustard Man' Dylan and DJ Room Service, and work on view from visual artists Karen Hanken and Jared Lombardo.
