Friday Noons: From Summits to the Statehouse with Andy Neal

Andy Neal is back. Last time he told the story of trading the pulpit for the trail and building an audience around hiking and mental health. Since then the trail has led somewhere he didn’t expect: politics. Andy now spends as much time lobbying for national parks and public lands as he does hiking them. Hear what he’s learned about inspiring followers to take action to protect the places we all share. How do you move people from liking a video to calling a representative? What does lobbying actually involve for someone who didn’t come up through politics? And what can any of us do for the land that keeps us well? Bring lunch. Bring questions.
